Dear Grade 9 Parents and Guardians,

We are excited to share that we have been able to reschedule our Grade 9 Spirit Day at Echo Dale Regional Park. The City of Medicine Hat has graciously accommodated our last-minute request following the weather-related cancellation, and our students will now attend on Monday, June 15.

This day is intended to provide students with an opportunity to connect with their grade-level peers, strengthen relationships, and continue building a positive and supportive school culture at Crescent Heights High School. Consent forms will be sent home shortly and must be completed to provide permission for your student to attend.

Students will travel by bus to Echo Dale in the morning and spend the day participating in a variety of activities organized by staff, including swimming, beach volleyball, outdoor games, and team-building activities.

We are looking forward to providing our students with a memorable day filled with fun, laughter, and opportunities to create lasting memories with their classmates. Students will return to the school before the end of the day and will be able to take their regular buses home.

To help ensure students are prepared for the day, please have them bring:

• A packed lunch or money for the concession
• Swimsuit and towel
• Sunscreen
• Water bottle
• Hat
• Comfortable clothing and footwear

We appreciate your support in helping us provide meaningful experiences for our students and look forward to a fantastic day together.
