Welcome to Crescent Heights High School!

We are proud to serve over 1325 students, and we offer comprehensive English and French Immersion programs from Grade 7-12 as well as a full range of fine arts and athletic programming. There is an average of approximately 200 students per grade. The middle school (Gr 7-8) students are grouped in homeroom classes while the Grade 9's and senior high school students are in classes independent of each other. CHHS offers a wide variety of extracurricular programs and sports activities for students to participate in. Our goal is to help you find the program that is right for you! We are committed to building a positive and productive learning environment where students reach their highest potential with the strong support of both home and school. Why Students Choose Crescent Heights High School

Crescent Heights High School is a welcoming and inclusive learning environment where students from all backgrounds can thrive. Whether you are a local student or coming from abroad, CHHS offers unique opportunities to help you feel connected, engaged, and supported in your educational journey. Here are the top three reasons students choose to attend CHHS: 1. A Supportive, Close-Knit School Community As a smaller school, CHHS fosters a strong sense of community where students can build meaningful connections with teachers, classmates, and staff. International students, in particular, benefit from this close-knit environment, making it easier to form friendships, practice English, and immerse themselves in Canadian culture both inside and outside the classroom. 2. Inclusive and Competitive Athletic Programs CHHS encourages students to get involved in school life beyond academics, and our athletic programs are a great way to do that. International students have the opportunity to participate in various sports, whether they are looking to compete or simply stay active and engaged. Athletics at CHHS help students build teamwork skills, develop confidence, and create lasting friendships with peers. 3. Tailored Option Classes for International Students To ensure all students have an enriching and personalized experience, CHHS offers a variety of elective courses designed to suit diverse interests. International students can explore subjects that match their passions, from Sport/Athletic Academies and Fine Arts courses to hands-on experiences in fields like Foods and other CTS options, all while gaining valuable skills. These tailored options help students feel engaged in their learning while experiencing a well-rounded Canadian education. At Crescent Heights High School, every student is valued and supported. Whether you’re looking for a welcoming school community, a chance to participate in sports, or engaging course options, CHHS is the place to grow, learn, and connect.
