School Council

SCHOOL COUNCIL

CHHS believes that parents play an integral role in the education of our students. The CHHS School Council meets at the school and on Google Meet on the last Monday of each month from 6:30pm to 8:00pm unless otherwise notified. 

Council mandate is to:

• advise the school principal regarding issues of significance to students, parents, and the school.
• to serve as a liaison between the parents and the school;
• to create a sense of community and cooperation between teachers, students and parents
• to recommend, assist and participate in various educational activities of the school and the school community
• to assist with fund-raising projects
• to discuss general community concerns
• to encourage volunteer help at school functions
