Junior High Phys. Ed.

The aim of the Physical Education Program is to enable individuals to develop the knowledge, skills and
attitudes necessary to lead an active, healthy lifestyle.

The course is divided into four general outcomes:

  • Activity
  • Benefits Health
  • Cooperation
  • Do It Daily ... for Life!

These outcomes will be achieved through a variety of games and activities. Frequent activities offered in Physical Education are:

Badminton / Pickleball / Football / Soccer / Rugby / Lacrosse  / Track & Field / Slo-Pitch / Ultimate Frisbee / Floorball  / Basketball  / Volleyball / Tchoukball / Dance  / Gymnastics / Low Organized Games
