We are no longer taking requests for Quarter 1 option changes!!!
Quarter 2 starts on November 9th. If you need to make changes to your Quarter 2 schedule, please fill out the form.
NO requests can be made through email, phone call, Edsby messages, or by appointment.
Homeroom classes CANNOT be changes; this form is ONLY for option classes.
All approved changes will be reflected in Edsby the following school day.
If a request cannot be filled, your will hear from Mrs. Pancoast either by email or an Edsby message.
Please ensure you are checking your sd76.net email and/or Edsby messages.
