2026 -2027 Registration and Transportation Forms

February 27, 2026 is the deadline to register your child to attend Crescent Heights High School for the 2026-2027 School year.

It is very important to complete the transportation form if your child needs transportation to school next year. 

All of these forms can be found in your Powerschool Account, and scroll down to the School Engage Tab. 

If you require assitance or need a password reset, please contact the office.  

If  a paper form is required, you must come in person into the school office to complete it.
